DELIVERY
Deliveries are made utilising large (18 to 26 tonne) HGV vehicles. If you are aware of any access restrictions that may prevent the driver from completing the delivery. Please inform a member of our team to allow us to make additional arrangements when possible.
DELIVERY & BILLING ADDRESSES
If your delivery address is different from your billing address. We may request additional proof of that delivery address. This is for security purposes, to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions. If this is required a member of our team will call you directly to discuss. Before processing your order.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your order has been processed. If your delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologise for any inconvenience.
DELIVERY REGULATIONS
Health & safety regulations allow transport drivers to deliver to the nearest kerbside. Or as close to the property, as access will allow. The driver is not able to carry items to the back of the property, inside the property, or upstairs. And may require assistance to offload your order from the vehicle.
Ensure you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery. And, where necessary, to transport the item from the kerbside into your property. Any failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery charge to have your order re-delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY COST
We are very excited to be implementing free delivery once again for our local customers. Our large jumbo bagged firewood products will be delivered by one of our HIAB trucks for free to postcodes within 10 miles of our Shawfield Timber store.
Our 50KG bags will carry a charge if they are not purchased in conjunction with a jumbo bag.
Our range of LEKTO products (while stocks last) are available for courier delivery nationwide but carry a charge.

We offer HIAB delivery for free for our jumbo bags of firewood within 10 miles of our Shawfield store, delivering locally to Glasgow, Rutherglen, Thornliebank, Clarkston, Newton Mearns, Eaglesham, Thorntonhall, Cambuslang, Barrhead, Neilston, Renfrew, East Kilbride, Mossneuk, Pollokshields, Castlemilk, Williamwood, Mount Vernon, Stewartfield, Giffnock, Pollok, Milngavie, Kirkintilloch, Lenzie, Kelvinside, Stepps, Robroyston, Bearsden, Bishopbriggs and more.
